Tireme Su (x Mecca Coffee) - Imperial Pastry Stout
For our last imperial stout of 2023, we've paired up with our good mates at Mecca Coffee, who sourced specialty single origin Sumatran coffee beans called Luciano Vicente from SĆ£o Paulo, Brazil for this rich stout. The coffee was steeped in the fermenter for 24 hours, and then we built on its tiramisu-like flavour profile by adding 100 trays of fresh tiramisu based on Nanaās recipe. This has created our creamiest, most indulgent stout of the season full of complex coffee notes, chocolate, vanilla and sponge cake soaked in Nanaās favourite liqueurs.
