Our friends at HPA (the largest hop growers in Australia) sent us some experimental hop HBC 586 to play with.

We thought the mango, lychee and orange notes, as well as the suggested herbal pepperiness, would make a tasty addition to a big West Coast IPA. So that's what we did.
