We know what you’re thinking, what do mountain folk know about surfing? And frankly, you’d be right. But luckily for you, we do know a thing or two about coastal beer.

Inspired by some famous West Coast IPAs from back in the day (the 2010’s), we’ve paired up two big hitting West Coast hops in Amarillo and Centennial to provide full spectrum citrus notes with hints of freshly fallen pine needles in a crisp, malty body.

In a first for MCBC, we added fresh pink grapefruit juice post fermentation to compliment the hop profile and add an undercurrent of subtle juicy sweetness before the fresh, slightly bitter wave hits.
