Silver Lining - NEIPA
In a recent marketing meeting, DJ strode in wearing his orange jacket and blue hat and exclaimed, "Silver lining!" pointing at the whiteboard, but then walked out to take an important call before he could explain... and never came back.
We assume he wanted us to name a beer Silver Lining so here it is. The name unfortunately has nothing to do with the beer itself - a deceptively complex NEIPA for its relatively modest ABV. Nor does it have anything to do with the hops added (Strata, Belma and Simcoe) or the flavours you'll get (passionfruit, berries and a bit of grapefruit tang). But I suppose it does give you a window into our "creative processes" here at Mountain Culture.Ā
