Here’s a style that has seen many a modern craft trend come and go, all while remaining stoic and resilient, waiting for its time in the sun again. And that moment is here.

Seasoned Veteran is our first American Pale Ale limited release ever. We’ve taken our APA base, given it a slightly modern update in the malt bill to increase sessionability, and added a hop lineup that looks nothing like any Mountain Culture lineup before.

Starting with a base of Centennial hops, we’ve added Ahtanum (another MCBC first) and Chinook to build a layered hop profile full of lemon, grapefruit, and huge hits of freshly cut pine. It dances over its complex malty depth and lasts well past the moreish finish, making it a shining, if somewhat reserved, star in any season.
