Poppin' - Oktoberfest Pilsner
We have brewed this traditional German-style Pilsner on the first day of Spring with the dream of warm Spring days ahead. First brewed in 2022, this humble Pilsner quickly became a favourite of the Mountain Culture team. It seems only fitting that we rebrew it for the first time to celebrate Oktoberfest 2025.
Poppinā is golden in appearance with an assertive malty sweetness balanced with a crisp and refreshing finish from a long, slow, cold ferment. A slightly higher hopping ratio to our house lager provides a hint of spice and floral aromas, just as the Bohemians intended.
