Our newest innovation series, Omnidose IPAs, acknowledges the modern beer drinkers lust for excessive hop doses and gives them... exactly what they want.
For the science bit: Engineered for maximal hop compound concentration, using excessive late hopping, high dry-hop loads and concentrated hop products to amplify aroma and flavour intensity. Characterised by restrained bitterness and dense colloidal mouthfeel, the style prioritises terpene, thiol and ester saturation over drinkability or balance.
For the flavour bit: For our first experiment of the series weāve used T90 Idaho 7 and Mosaic Cryo in the whirlpool. The excessive dry hop is made up of Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Citra Abstrax creating an almost overpowering tropical fruit salad bomb.
