Well that’s if your definition of hell is a place devoid of haze and excessive amounts of new world hops. If you prefer your beers to be dark, rich and complex, then this beer may be heaven. Each to their own.

We’ve used our inaugural Christmas in July advent pack to brew our first Baltic Porter since 2022. Our innovation brewers were positively giddy to be given the chance to brew this traditional style porter on our decoction brewkit back in early 2025. And it’s sat in wait in the depths of our Katoomba brewery basement for months, fermenting away and biding its time before it is finally released to the world.

So go on, set it free and enjoy its ultra smooth, balanced body full of rich roasted malts, chocolate and caramelised dark fruit sweetness before its dark complexity consumes you.
