We've been experimenting with this relatively new style for the past few months, and while we're dialling in the base elements more and more, we’re still left guessing, wondering and pondering which hops are best suited.

In a semi-scientific leap we’ve decided to go with Simcoe and Ekuanot because of their woody, citrusy qualities and lifted herbal notes. As a result, flavours of lemon, lime and pine with a hint of eucalyptus fill the senses in each clean, crisp mouthful. It’s certainly keeping the brewers happy because it’s fruity whilst finishing dry; complex yet sessionable; and light yet full flavoured.
