Itās no secret that we are huge fans of lagers and this Vienna lager has been a yearly taproom release since 2019, when we brewed the first iteration of it on our decoction brew kit in the Katoomba brewpub.
For this version, we've added Noble hops during the boil to provide floral and spicy notes with grounding earthy characteristics. It's still malt forward with a crisp, refreshing finish, and we're offering it in cans for the first time, just as the days get shorter and the evenings get cooler, to share with kindred spirits.
