Brewed to celebrate our second birthday, this beer was made in our original and spiritual home, Katoomba, and uses the exact same hop profile as our other birthday beer, Emu Plains NEIPA.
Katoomba Cold IPA exudes refreshing citrus fruit flavours and has a clean, crisp finish that comes from fermenting using a world famous lager yeast strain at ale fermentation temperatures. We also threw in a splash of champagne and birthday cake for good measure because it's our birthday and we can do what we want.
