If you’re a Mountain Culture fan you know that our sour’s don’t come around that often, but when they do we put everything into them. In this case, it’s every last bit of fresh raspberry puree that we could get our hands on.

After kettle souring a light, wheaty base, we added in pulped raspberries by the bucket load to create a tart, refreshing sour ale that is made for drinking through the long, sunny evenings.
