Forklift: One - NEIPA
You might assume that Alby, our bright yellow 80s Nissan Patrol, (which currently sits immobile in our Emu Plains beer garden) or our Aztec Piper fuselage (which currently sits immobile disrupting the view from the veranda of the Katoomba Brewhouse) are our brewery mascots. But they're not. Our mascots are our fleet of forklifts.
The staff who expertly pilot them around our breweries look after each one like it's another member of our team. So as we round out 2023, we dedicate this beer to our forklifts, for the tireless work they've done lifting, lowering and zooming all year long.
Using a base of Citra and Mosaic hops, weāve doubled up the Cashmere hops, using Cryo Cashmere along with T-90 pellets in the dry hop for that smooth, smooth ride, like new tyres on polished concrete.
