Our microdosed IPA series was one of the most successful innovation series. It also happens to be our most requested style to rebrew so after over 12 months we’re back with this little Christmas gift for our advent-ers.
Microdosing a beer also happens to be the most physically intense dry hopping technique we’ve ever dreamt up! Well... at least it was until we thought up triple dry hopping but that doesn’t make the narrative as fun so ignore that!
For this beer we’ve carefully selected three hops that we know are going to blow your socks off - Citra, Centennial and Motueka. We then combined them and separated them into seven equal, separated doses which were added to the beer every day for a week after fermentation.
The result is an extra hazy, extra hoppy, dangerously easy-drinking NEIPA that explodes with smooth citrus flavours.
