Exploding Goats - Belgian Hazy IPA
We have thrown the ātraditionalā Hazy IPA recipe out the window and gone full experimental, using a Belgian yeast strain and Voyager Pilsner malt for this special brew. The result is subtle dark fruit notes that complement the more characteristic flavours of a hazy IPA such as tropical fruits and citrus, derived from the dry hop combination of Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Sabro.
We used oats to give it is hazy appearance and everyone knows oats explode goatsā¦for full details, please ask Boogie who calls this beer "completely wrong in nature" but also his "favourite".
