Believe it or not ābubblegumā is an official flavour characteristic of some new world hops - The more you know!
In true Mountain Culture spirit, for this beer we decided to go all in, in the name of science of course. We combined two of the best known modern bubblegum-y hops - Simcoe and Mosaic - together with a supersized amount of oats to create an extra thick, chewy body.
But donāt expect a mouthful of grape Hubba Bubba, and you won't be able to blow bubbles big enough to pop on your nose like a seductive character from a 1980ās teen filmā¦ unfortunately. The bubblegum notes are designed to be balanced and to enhance the primary notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
