Inspired by an unforgettable Japanese themed meal one night at The Prince paired with seemingly endless NEIPAās, weāve aimed to immortalise that in a beer. By taking the Japanese Yuzu fruit and combining it with our favourite citrusy hops and adding rice to the malt bill weāve created complex yet sessionable NEIPA that we can only hope complements their famous sashimi as much as their company.
