Autopilot - Oat Cream IPA
Autopilot is an all-American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one we really pushed the limits with.
To start, we pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as we could, then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel.
And now for the important part... We threw in six of our favourite American hops including Idaho 7 cryo, Citra cryo and Amarillo as late whirlpool additions and then excessive amounts of Citra cryo, Idaho 7 cryo and Mosaic over two separate dry hops.
Finally, we borrowed our house hazy strain from Be Kind Rewind and Status Quo to push those fruity hops to the highest level!
