Astral Projecting (x Cerebral Brewing) - Triple NEIPA
Late last year, we were visited by our mates at Cerebral Brewing from Denver, Colorado, and, over many beers, put a little plan in place to create an epic IPA that represents each brewery's unique take on big hazy IPA's.
The Cerebral team projected their spiritual bodies down to Richmond, Victoria for the brew day and shared some tips on how to create their signature milky white hazy IPA base and pick out some of their favourite hops. Citra, Strata and Nectaron were chosen to fight for balance against this thick, boozy base and were well and truly up for the challenge adding bright passionfruit, mango, peach and grapefruit notes that make this epic NEIPA dangerously easy to drink.
