Absolute Wizards (x Bottle Logic) - Double NEIPA
On the way back from Hop Harvest recently, our team ended up in LA's Anaheim, enjoying the exceptional hospitality of our mates and Absolute beer Wizards at Bottle Logic.
Somehow, in between a guided tour of local breweries and breakfast burritos, they managed to brew this beer. Even more amazingly, they figured out the conversions from imperial to metric so that we could brew the same beer here and do a dual release with them!
This is one of the thickest, creamiest New England IPAs weāve brewed, using Vic Secret, BRU-1 and Mosaic throughout fermentation to create a tropical flavour profile that heroes ripe pineapples and green mangoes.
